Riddle of the Week 🧩
"I have a heart that doesn't beat, a mouth that doesn't speak, and a head that doesn't think. Yet, I am the lifeblood of every startup. What am I?"
The answer is at the end of this newsletter.
Let's face it; we're all guilty of indulging in some online retail therapy occasionally. So folks, what I'm about to share next will interest you.
How many times can the thrill of online shopping quickly turn into the agony of disappointment? 🫠 Whether it's a pair of shoes that don't fit, a dress that looks nothing like the picture, or a gadget that doesn't work as advertised, we've all been there.
Amazon is on a mission to solve that for you — one bad buy at a time!
Bye-bye Bad Buys: Here’s Amazon's 'Frequently Returned' Tag to the Rescue!
Amazon has frequently introduced returned tags to their products. This means there will be fewer "return hassles." Here is where this new tag becomes our shopping life-saver. This warning label is a heads-up for us to check out the reviews and product deets before signing up for a product! This means no more pesky products in our carts.
The Information has reported that the e-commerce industry is grappling with the expensive issue of returns, which have surged during the pandemic. A "frequently returned" warning has been introduced as a response to this. With this update, we can bid farewell to the tedious process of returning items.

Nike Kicks off a New Strategy!👟
Seems like Nike has taken the concept of customer-centricity quite seriously!
The iconic brand Nike is building its very first shoe based entirely on customer insights. It's like a personalized sneaker made just for you.
Yeah, you heard that right!
The first product to hit the shelves, the Design by Japan Air Max 1 '87, is based on feedback gathered from the Nike SNKRS app and local member polling.
What's even more exciting is that Nike has managed to bring this sneaker to life in just 1 year. We can't wait to see how Nike has managed to translate the ideas of its user base into an amazing new sneaker.
