Coca-Cola Community Relations Team Executes Stakeholder Strategy in Quorum
This is another interesting one!
The Coca-Cola Community Relations team is responsible for cultivating and sustaining connections with the company's stakeholders, particularly those groups in whom it has made investments through the Coca-Cola Gives Back Program.
“We all do a lot of dinners and engagements and lunches and breakfasts—we love to use Quorum for that,” Community Relations Senior Manager Linda Brigham said. “Our community outreach work is all event-driven…Right now we’re putting together guest lists for everything, if we had done it through Quorum last year everyone would have that information already.”

Helpful tips for Stakeholder Management ✨
It's always a good idea to have a full bucket of tips and tricks to help you perform better in everything, so I conducted some research and came up with a few recommendations for you, my beloved product people, on stakeholder management. Let's go!✍️
🎈Form a Stakeholder Community: Building trust with stakeholders and successfully cooperating with individuals is difficult when the stakeholder group is fluid, with people coming and going.
As a result, creating a stakeholder community in which individuals continue to work together and learn to trust respect, and support one another will be helpful and interesting. Give it a try?
🎈 Build a Stakeholder Plan

Before you go in, be smart and clear about who you're connecting with and why. It not only saves time and money, but also aids in the management of expectations and the development of trust.
🎈The customer is also a stakeholder
There is an amazing example for this one.
ING Bank (in the Netherlands) introduced the initial version of their mobile banking app to consumers a few years ago. The original edition of the app simply had a function that allowed you to view your payment bank account. In addition, there was a feedback button. This was the only capability provided in the original version, which was done to genuine bank customers/users. By releasing this version, the bank received tens of thousands of feedback answers from users, which they utilized to further enhance the app.
